[Coat-of-Arms]Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society

1996 marks the 25th anniversary of the Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society. The society opened the Uxbridge-Scott Museum at the old Quarker Hill school house in 1972. In 1996, the museum came under the management of the Uxbridge-Scott Museum Board.

The three circles represent the three former municipalities which now form the Township of Uxbridge.

  1. Uxbridge Town - the Engine and Beaver
  2. Uxbridge Township - the Sheaf of Grain
  3. Scott Township - the Horse

The symbols above are from the official seals of the three original municipalities.
