- Registration
fees are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled by
the organizers.
- Summerfest
is a rain or shine event. Please make the necessary provisions.
- No alcohol is permitted in Elgin Park.
- No camping is
permitted in Elgin Park.
- No vehicles are permitted in the display area after the
show has started, exhibitors parking provided.
- Exhibitors
are required to provide their own accommodation and food,
etc. (Food vendors will
be in the park
and a list of accommodations is available).
- Displays must
be manned at all times.
- Artists must
have their own display and display materials, chairs, etc. Tables can
be provided
at a fee or $20.
(Must be booked with registration).
- The
organizers have the right to evict artist / vendor that do not comply
with these
rules and regulation,
without refund.
