- Be sure you have everything for your display. Items should include tables chairs,
rain/sun tarps or awnings, business cards, sales receipt books, sun screen, a hat and whatever
you need to display your artwork.
- Accommodations are at a premium. Book early.
- Uxbridge has many
fine merchants and
restaurants. We would
encourage you to visit them during your stay.
- Artist appreciation barbecue Saturday 6pm. Please mark on your registration form if you will be attending and how many persons.
- Please complete the biography on the
Artist Registration Form
so we can promote your presence at the show.
- Tents/awnings may be set up after 7pm on Friday evening. Surveillance will be in the park Friday and Saturday from 7pm til 10am. All
articles are left at your own risk.
- If you have any problems or questions, look for a Lions representative at the Lions information booth.
